Secret Sugar Club is expanding
Secret Sugar Club will soon be taking on a second location in Nottingham City Centre. I just wanted to keep you all informed on plans but also update you all on what that means for my Bingham clients.
Firstly... thank you!
Firstly I just wanted to thank all of you for choosing Secret Sugar Club for your hair removal over the past year! Whether I met you just the once for that one off holiday removal or you're one of the many who have made Sugaring part of your regular routine I can honestly say I haven't had a single client I haven't enjoyed meeting. I feel incredibly lucky and it is because of your support that I am now in a position to expand and offer Sugaring to more people.
Sooo, what's the plan?
Just this week I have finalised a space in a VERY central Nottingham location. The precise details and location will be announced shortly, with the current plan is that this location will be open for bookings towards the end of July. Further details will be announced on social media in due course.
What does that mean for Bingham appointments?
In regards to Bingham, I will be dropping Fridays and continuing to operate on Wednesdays and Saturdays at Stephanie Cole. I am quickly approaching full capacity, so this may make appointments at your preferrred time slightly harder to come by. However, I anticipate that some clients who currently travel from or work in Nottingham may switch to the City Centre location, which will free up some capacity.
I cannot be certain how this will affect appointment availability. Currently, clients who do not book immediately after their last appointment typically book around 4 days in advance. I am monitoring this closely and will make changes to free up capacity if and when I can. I will keep everyone updated.
I do not currently have any plans to change the cancellation policy or to reintroduce a deposit. However, I will need to enforce the current policy more stringently to avoid reintroducing a deposit requirement. I would like to keep everything flexible as it currently works well for all involved. Nevertheless, as appointments become scarcer, cancellations and late rearrangements naturally become more impactful on those who would like to book in - so I will keep this under review.
Finally - the last Friday appointments available at Bingham will be on 19th July. Wednesdays and Saturdays will continue to operate as normal.

Just again, I wanted to give my thanks to all of you who have joined me on this journey. I have more planned and don't intend for this to be my last big announcement. A huge thank you to those of you who have recommended Sugaring and Secret Sugar Club to your friends and colleagues.
